Rove Outlet offers a selection of New In Box- Limited batch items and Open Box items at discounted prices. Please read below to understand the differences between these product types and our purchase policies.

Rove Concepts offers open box and outlet products through a separate website (“Rove Outlet”). By purchasing these items, you acknowledge that your transaction is completed on the Rove Outlet site and is governed by its terms of sale, return policy, and customer service processes. Rove Concepts’ standard policies do not apply.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Rove Outlet Overview

Rove Outlet offers New In Box- Limited batch items and Open Box items at discounted prices. All Items are final sale. 

  • Open Box: Previously opened or returned items, carefully inspected to meet our quality standards. Any visible imperfections will be clearly noted. Available for pickup only in the Vancouver area
  • New In Box: Brand-new items in original packaging.. Can be shipped across Canada (except PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico).  
  • Rove Outlet pieces are final sale without warranty. We will always accept manufacturing defects reported within 3 days.

Open box items are available for customer pickup only and are limited to local customers.

New in box items are available for delivery across Canada.

Customers may purchase open box and new in box items together in a single order only when customer pickup is selected at checkout.

If a customer would like delivery for the new in box item and customer pickup for the open box item, the items must be placed as two separate orders. This is required because customer pickup is free, while delivery fees apply to deliverable items.

Open Box Items - Pick Up Only.

All orders must be picked up from our warehouse in Delta, BC.

Condition & What to Expect

All Rove Outlet products are open box and may include:

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections
  • Signs of handling or prior assembly
  • Missing original packaging, assembly instructions or parts

Any visible imperfections, missing parts or signs of handling will be accurately represented in the product images and description. 

Notes: You have the opportunity to refuse purchase at time of pick up for a full refund if you are not satisfied with the product.

Pickup Only – Delta, BC

All orders must be picked up from our warehouse in Delta, BC.

We encourage all customers to inspect their items before leaving the warehouse. Our team will be there to help. Once the items are picked up, we aren’t able to accept damage claims related to transit or handling.

Notes: You have the opportunity to refuse purchase at time of pick up for a full refund if you are not satisfied with the product.

  • Shipping and delivery are not available
  • Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup
  • Orders must be picked up within your scheduled date and time
  • Valid photo ID and order confirmation is required at pickup
  • Please contact us if a third party will be collecting your order
  • Rove Outlet Staff will assist customers during the inspection of the order
  • Rove Outlet is not liable for any damages that occur while loading items into vehicles
  • Orders uncollected for over 30 days without communication may be canceled and refunded minus a 20% restocking fee

Inspection & Acceptance

Customers are responsible for inspecting all items at the time of pickup. 

Once an item leaves the warehouse:

  • Customers must provide a signature/sign waiver upon pickup to confirm that their order has been received in full and without any issues.
  • The order is considered accepted in full
  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted
  • No claims will be accepted once the order has been picked up (unless confirmed manufacturing defect)

Order Condition & Claims Policy

  • Customers must provide a signature upon receiving their order to confirm that it has been released in full and without any issues.
  • If an item has more blemishes or damage than what was disclosed at the time of purchase:
  1. Accept the item: Note the additional blemishes on the waiver and email outlet@roveconcepts.com with photos within 3 days to file a claim. Approved claims will be resolved with a discount only; no replacements will be provided.
  2. Decline the item: Refuse collection, note the additional damages on the waiver, sign it, and contact us for a refund.

A signature on the waiver is required in either case to confirm acknowledgment of the item’s condition.

Storage Fees

  • If your pick up appointment is not scheduled within 7 days after placing the order, storage fees of $10 per box per week may apply.

Orders uncollected for over 30 days without communication may be canceled and automatically refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.

New In Box - Limited Batch Items

Condition & what to expect

  • New In Box items are final sale, with no warranty.
  • We will always accept manufacturing defects. 
  • Any damages or defects must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Any claims reported outside 3 days will not be accepted. 
  • New In Box Items only are eligible for shipping. 

Shipping Fees

Orders ≤ $5,000:

  • Standard: $159
  • Room of Choice: $199
  • White Glove: $309
  • Standard (Beyond Point): $329
  • White Glove (Beyond Point): $479

Orders > $5,000:

  • Standard: 3% of order value
  • Room of Choice: 4% of order value
  • White Glove: 6% of order value
  • Standard (Beyond Point): $170 + 3% of order value
  • White Glove (Beyond Point): $170 + 6% of order value

Damage or Defective Items 

Inspection & Acceptance

  • Please inspect all items at the time of delivery/pick up, even if they will be stored.
  • If damage is found, accept delivery and clearly mark “damaged upon arrival” on the proof of delivery with the carrier.
  • Take clear photos of the item, packaging, and the product label (underneath for upholstered pieces).
  • If an item is structurally damaged and unusable, you may refuse the damaged part only. Please take images prior to refusing.
  • Do not refuse undamaged items. Redelivery or storage fees may apply.

Submitting a Claim

  • Email outlet@roveconcepts.com with clear photos and a description of the issue within 3 days of delivery.
  • Late or incomplete claims may not qualify for resolution.

Resolution Options

Rove Concepts will offer one of the following, based on availability and the nature of the issue:

  • Replacement
  • Discount
  • Local repair reimbursement

Once confirmed, replacements cannot be canceled. Labor and shipping fees may apply.

Additional Terms

  • Items not designated for outdoor use are not covered if used outdoors.
  • If no resolution is accepted, returns may be requested under our return policy.
  • If all options are declined or unavailable, a refund may be issued less shipping charges.
  • New In Box items are Final Sale which are not returnable and no warranty.

Storage & Fees

Open box items are available for customer pickup only and are limited to local customers.

New in box items are available for delivery across Canada.

Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

Below applies to both New In Box and Open Box Items

  • Orders canceled within 1 hour of placement receive a full refund.
  • Orders canceled after 1 hour are refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.
  • For Open Box pick up Orders, if uncollected 1 week after placing the order without communication may be canceled and refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method, or store credit if unavailable.
  • Once Items have been collected or delivered are not eligible for a return. 

Note: Once an order has shipped from our warehouse or has been collected, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned. All purchases are final sale. 

Payment + Discount Policy

We accept credit card payments only at checkout.

Please note: benefits and promotions from Rove Concepts cannot be used on Rove Outlet purchases. This includes:

  • Membership discounts or vouchers
  • Store credit
  • Discount codes or promotions from Rove Concepts

Limited Stock & Availability

All inventory is limited in quantity and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Stock is only guaranteed once payment has been successfully processed
  • Holds, reservations, or layaways are not available

Refunds

All refunds are processed to the original payment method. If that method is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit instead.

Once your order has been picked up, it’s considered final.

Privacy Policy

Customer information (including emails, phone numbers, and addresses) collected during orders will only be used to send order confirmations and updates related to Rove Outlet.

We do not sell or share customer information.

From time to time, we may invite customers to participate in voluntary surveys to help us improve our products and services.

Calls and live chats are recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.
