Ordering

• Open Box and New In Box items may be purchased together in a single order for customer pickup, or for delivery to eligible Open Box delivery areas.
• If your delivery address is outside an eligible Open Box delivery area, you'll need to place two separate orders. 

The following applies to both Open Box and New In Box items unless otherwise stated.

Pick Up 

Canada Warehouse: Delta, BC (1-4 business days) 

• Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.
• Orders must be collected within the scheduled date and time.
• Valid photo ID and order confirmation are required at pickup.
• Please contact us in advance if a third party will be collecting your order.
• Rove Outlet staff will assist with loading your order into your vehicle.
• Rove Outlet is not liable for damage that occurs during loading.
• Orders not collected within 30 days without prior communication may be cancelled and refunded, less a 20% restocking fee.

Delivery service level availability varies by location. Available options, along with associated pricing, will be displayed at checkout once the shipping address has been entered.

Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping includes a delivery to the threshold, described as the "first dry area" such as a garage or lobby/service area of a high-rise building. Please note Standard delivery does not include inside delivery, assembly, or removal of debris/ packaging. Signature is required for all deliveries unless shipped with UPS or small parcel carriers. Standard shipments have an estimated transit time of 1-3 weeks in Canada and the US.

White Glove Shipping

White Glove service includes a delivery appointment, inside placement up to 1 flight of stairs, assembly, and removal of large packaging materials. If you are considering a return please request to keep the packaging. Please note, this service does not include the installation of wall mounts for products that use French Cleats, nor does it include the installation of light fixtures. White glove shipments have an estimated transit time of 1-3 weeks in Canada and the US.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available for customers located near our warehouses. For qualifying local addresses, Standard and White Glove deliveries are completed within 3–5 business days. The carrier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date and time.

Please note: Open Box items may not ship in their original Rove Concepts packaging. Shipping for open box is available only to eligible areas within British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario. 

Please allow up to 1 week for warehouse processing. This processing time is included in the estimated 1–3 week lead time. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

The following shipping fees apply to both Open Box and New In Box deliveries.

Orders up to $5,000

• Standard: $159

Orders over $5,000

• Standard: 3% of order value
• Room of Choice: 4% of order value
• White Glove: 6% of order value
• Standard (Beyond Point): $170 + 3% of order value
• White Glove (Beyond Point): $170 + 6% of order value

The following applies to both Open Box and New In Box items unless otherwise stated.

• Orders cancelled within 1 hour of purchase will receive a full refund.
• Orders cancelled after 1 hour will be refunded less a 20% restocking fee.

Open Box

• Once collected, shipped or delivered, Open Box items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

New In Box

• Once shipped, orders may still be cancelled by returning the item in accordance with the New In Box Return Policy. Applicable return shipping fees will apply.

Eligible New In Box items may be returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup.

Return Eligibility

Items must:

• Be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Returns are not accepted for:

• Open Box or Final Sale items
• Custom orders
• Replacement parts
• Items showing wear, damage, modification, or missing packaging

Return Process

• Contact us through our Contact Us page to request a return.
• Returns must be approved before being shipped back.
• Returned items must be received within 30 days of delivery or pickup.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds are issued after inspection to the original payment method or store credit if unavailable.

Please inspect your order upon delivery or pickup.

Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery or pickup by emailing outlet@roveconcepts.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear supporting photos or videos.

Customer Pickup: If you choose not to accept the item at pickup due to additional blemishes or damage beyond what was advertised, you may refuse the item, sign the pickup waiver, and submit a claim for a refund.

Delivery: Accept the delivery and submit a claim. Where applicable, note any damage or defects on the proof of delivery.

Approved claims may be resolved with a discount, refund, or repair. New In Box items may also be eligible for a replacement, where applicable.

Open Box: Final Sale. Not covered by warranty.

New In Box: Covered by the standard Rove Concepts Return Policy and Warranty.

New In Box items are covered by the standard Rove Concepts Warranty.

Warranty Coverage

• 5 Years – Structural integrity of metal and solid wood frames
• 3 Years – Outdoor frames
• 1 Year – Stitching, buttons, adhesives, and outdoor soft parts
• 90 Days – Electrical components

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Natural characteristics of materials
• Misuse, improper care, or accidental damage
• Outdoor use of indoor products
• Labour or shipping costs
• Complimentary or promotional items

To submit a warranty claim, email outlet@roveconcepts.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos.

The following applies to both Open Box and New In Box items.

• Pickup appointments scheduled more than 7 days after purchase may incur storage fees of $10 per box, per week.
• Delivery appointments scheduled more than 30 days after placing the order may incur storage fees of $10 per box, per week.
• Orders not collected within 30 days without prior communication may be cancelled and refunded, less a 20% restocking fee.

We accept credit card payments only.

Rove Concepts promotions cannot be applied to Rove Outlet purchases, including:

• Membership discounts and vouchers
• Store credit
• Promotional or discount codes

• Inventory is limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Stock is only guaranteed once payment has been successfully processed.
• Holds, reservations, and layaways are not available.

Customer information is used only to process and manage Rove Outlet orders.

We do not sell or share customer information.

Calls and live chats may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.
