The inside of the M1 is composed entirely of Smart Foam, a new material that adapts to your body and wears beautifully over time. It’s supportive yet light, which allows you to set it up quickly and rearrange when you want to. The M1 is then wrapped in spill-proof Oeko-Tex® performance-weave fabric that will stand up to years of use.

Open Box items have been previously opened or returned. Each piece is inspected to make sure it meets our quality standards and is in good, usable condition. Any visible imperfections are clearly noted.
Prices are reduced because these pieces have been opened, returned, or are part of a limited run. That lets us offer well-made designer furniture at a significantly lower price while keeping it in circulation rather than in a landfill.
Open Box items are sold without a warranty. If you believe there is a genuine manufacturing defect, contact our team and we will look into it.
Open Box purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Yes, within selected regions. $159 flat rate* for standard delivery or $309* for White Glove delivery and assembly. Open Box delivery is available in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario, or by free pickup in Delta, BC.
*Flat rates apply to orders under $5,000. Orders above $5,000 and beyond-point deliveries are quoted separately.
Open Box stock depends on what comes back to us, so availability is unpredictable. When it is gone it may be a long time before something similar appears, if at all.
